Today SMARTCO has signed an agreement with NuRAN Wireless, a leading supplier of mobile and broadband wireless rural networks, with an estimated initial value of $13 million to $15 million USD in revenue over the next 40 months.
Last February 2021, NuRAN Wireless signed an agreement with Orange DRC to deploy 2000 sites in the most rural areas of the country over a period of 40 months.
SMARTCO outperformed renowned international peers in an independent tender that took place during the second quarter of 2021 and ended up being awarded two-thirds of the auctioned sites.
According to CEO Sleiman Haddad,
