SMART-M – SMART CITY COVID-19 MANAGEMENT TOOLS
We have developed applications, tools, analytics and an advanced suite of reports, aiding city officials in the following fields:

DRIVE THROUGH TESTING
One of the major challenges in the war against COVID-19, is a country’s ability to effectively test the population. “Drive-through Testing” facilities meet this challenge. Our fast deployable testing centers include tents with drive-in test lanes, a queue organizer, a registration area, and a testing area. Would be patients make call to a Smart Call Center, and then, based on their situation, are invited to do a test at the testing facility. We also provide the necessary training for COVID-19 call centers, testing, protective equipment, and sanitizing protocols.
SAFE COVID-19 TOURISM
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, and its impact on in-coming tourism, we have developed a solution for safe tourism. Our solution involves a series of advanced “quick testing” facilities for airports (and other ports of entry) for incoming tourists. At the heart of the solution is fever monitoring and on-site COVID-19 PCR testing, with an average result time of under three hours. Thus allowing a safe and steady flow of tourists, or returning citizens, with as little inconvenience to travelers as possible.
COVID-19 MEDICAL TRAINING
In cooperation with one of the largest COVID-19 medical centers in DRC, we provide a tailor made COVID-19 training program supporting medical professionals worldwide. Our team of doctors train medical staff and national Health Administrators on COVID-19 procedures and protocols.
DEPLOYABLE HOSPITALS AND HOSPITAL SUPPORT
The Medical Services of many countries are facing hospital and medical center overflowing caused by the influx of COVID-19 patients, and due to this overflowing there is a need to set-up dedicated closed “Corona Wards”. We supply fast deployable hospitals and infrastructure, effectively expanding the capacity, of the existing medical services. Our deployable solution includes designated areas for patients, with an isolated area for intensive care. Deployable hospitals contain separate sections for toilets and showers, as well as areas for administration. Deployable hospitals follow COVID-19 protocols and utilize Smart medical technology.
ADVANCED COVID-19 TRACKING
A crucial element of curbing the spread of COVID-19, is the ability of Central and Local Governments to efficiently track and detect the whereabouts of patients. Trans Africa Towers has partnered with some of the leading technology providers in this field. Using our technology the authorities can seamlessly monitor patients and those that are or were in contact with them. We together with our partners, have developed an advanced tracking system not requiring connectivity to cellular operators, while providing near real-time location accuracy. Our technology alerts when patients leave quarantine, tracks infected persons and alerts those in contact with these infected persons.
